Welcome reception

The welcome reception will be held at Hotel Groslot near (in front of the City Hall - 1min from the Museum Les Beaux Arts) from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Monday, June 3^rd 2024.

Note that the welcome reception is included in the general registration fee.

Visit of Chambord Castle (Wednesday, June 5th 2024)

 We organize an excursion to Chambord castle (1hour by bus).

CHAMBORD website

 Departure time: 1:15 pm in front of the museum Les Beaux-Arts

Guided tour in English for 2 groups of 30 people starts at 3:00pm.

Return time: 5:00 pm from Chambord.

Arrival time at Orleans: 6:00 pm

 ***Note that the excursion is not included in the registration fee (additional fee of 50 €).***

Banquet

The banquet of IWM is organized at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, June 5th.

The banquet will be served  in the restaurant Le LIFT in downtown Orleans.
